I was very pleased with my experience using Roto-Rooter Services. I met Norman, a senior technician with more than 20 years of experience. I felt reassured he knew ... what he was talking about and he was great at explaining what needed to be done, what options I had and that he would make sure the job is done right! He gave me a realistic and fair quote and fulfilled all his promises. Norman happened to be away for a week during our drain tile repairs but Anthony stepped in and he was also fantastic! They left the job site clean and made sure I was happy with the job they did. I've already referred them to a friend and he's already booked with them. I would not hesitate to call upon them again in the future.

Service Technician (Anthony #480) provided an excellent customer service on April 11, 2017 in our house. He was a friendly, polite and knowledgeable technician. While fixing the drainage ... issues, he explained to us clearly what he was doing and what could have happened. He also gave us tips on how to maintain our pipes and drainage system in general. Kieran was fast, courteous and very thorough. He showed us video of what the problem was, explained what was happening and made suggestions about dealing with any further issues in ... the future. It was Christmas Eve day and I was preparing a special Christmas dinner when i mistakenly attempted to garborate potato peels. Both sinks and the garborater become clogged and ... would not drain, further the piping underneath the sink was leaking. We called for emergency service hoping that someone would be able to help us on short notice and over a holiday. Skeptical that we would be able to get service on Christmas eve, the representative over the phone (Leslie) was extremely polite and helpful in getting my information and reassured me they could help us the same day and advised that there would not be any extra fees due to the holiday. She proceeded to book a technician and later called back with an update on arrival. She was professional, pleasant and easy to deal with. Later, the technician (Mario) arrived and was nothing but professional, helpful, honest and polite. He investigated the problem, explained what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. He kept me apprised of everything he was doing and spent extra time checking his work to ensure everything was properly fixed and also helped clean up the mess. I was confident with his ability to deal with the situation and he saved the day quickly and efficiently and i was able to get back to enjoying the holiday thanks to Roto Rooter!

We had a clogged drain from our basement to the end of our property. it was causing our basement to flood every time we did laundry. the man did two ... different tries with 2 pieces of equipment and finally removed tree roots that were blocking the drain. we have had no problem since which we are very thankful for!! he did a very good job.

I had a 10 person dinner party and my garbotator / kitchen sinks clogged. Desperately needed help. Leslie was wonderful to deal with on the phone but made ... my day by saying " a technician will be there in a hour " Wow! Well,actually arrived in 50 minutes! Mario was fantastic. He said he would have job completed plenty of time. The job turned to be more work than thought but he still had it completed as my first guest arrrived. Mario was my hero. I must say that I called Sheehan Plumbing & Milan Plumbing. Still waiting for that call back .... hmm Roto Rooter does know what customer service is about. Thank you.

It was a tough job, but ended well ! I'm glad I called in that as a do it your self type, I was in need of some expertise and better ... equipment. Even at that it wasn't a walk in the park to get things flowing again, so I was grateful for the diligence and advice.

Our Technician Norman was very polite and efficient. We have had several contractors come through the house and he was the only one who took offf his shoes without us ... asking. This gesture is greatly appreciated in a Asian household. Norman also went back to the truck to get something and went he let himself back in, he ensured that the door was locked behind him. At 3 am, after 3 hours of attempting to stem the tide of a blocked perimeter drain flowing water into our basement, we contacted Roto-Rooter. 45 minutes later Chris ... arrived, pump in hand to solve the initial crisis. 1 pm that day he was back and quickly identified the problem, solved it and provided us with useful advice to deal with the issue going forward. Cheerful (even at 4 am), capable and very knowledgeable, Chris is an exceptional credit to your company. We would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to our friends and family. Scheduled an appointment for Nov. 17 - no-one showed or called. When I phoned they had me down but had no explanation for the no-show. Re-scheduled for Nov. 20, 10-12. ... They phoned and rescheduled for early afternoon, then late afternoon, then unable to make it at all. Re-scheduled yet again for Nov.23 9-11am -again no show and no call. I phoned yet again a d they claimed a technician was on his way. He arrived 1 1/2 hours later, (nice lad) not knowing the issue - sump pump back up installation - and had absolutely no knowledge of what to do even though the service is on your website. Needless to say, I will not be recommending your company either personally or on social media.
