At 06:00 on September 7 (Labor Day) we discovered our septic tank had issues. Concerned with the problem and response times during the holiday weekend, we called Roto-Rooter at 07:00. ... The dispatcher informed us that Don, our technician would call us with specific information concerning arrival time etc. Don called within minutes, requested discrepancy information, provided suggestions for us to attempt (which we had, but was nice to hear) informed us of estimated charges and stated he would arrive within the hour. Don arrived (within the hour), we discussed the issues we were having. He had us do a flush test as he monitored the clean out. After which he opened the septic tank, discovered our problem (multiply toilet paper). Don discussed our options to prevent this from recurring, pumped and flushed the septic tank, conducted another toilet flush test, cleaned our sediment filter and then had me inspect his work. After he was satisfied, that I was satisfied, he reinstalled the septic tank covers, replaced the dirt and grass, and finally hosed down the work area. Dons attention to detail, work ethic and ability to make the best use of his time were quite obvious throughout the entire time he was at our house. My wife and I were so impressed with the prompt response time and quality of work, that I have already recommended Roto-Rooter to several of my colleagues. We thank you for a job well done.

I want to let you know how pleased i am with the service your company provided. I called Monday morning to schedule service for a clogged kitchen sink drain. The ... very pleasant lady who answered the phone apologized for not being able to schedule a service tech until Tuesday due to the high volume of appointments already scheduled. However she did say if any customer cancelled their appointment she would reschedule me for Monday. I received a call around 1:00 pm to inform me that service tech would be available latter Monday afternoon. About an hour latter i received another call letting me know that the service tech was on the way. Kenny, the service tech who was assigned to take care of my clogged drain showed up sometime around 3:00 pm. I was very pleased with the politeness, efficiency and professionalism of this young man. He wasted no time appraising the situation and immediately got to work after he explained the pricing structure for the service call and gave me a verbal estimate of the time he thought would be required to unclog the drain. I was impressed that he made extra effort to assure the drain was completely open (running the snake through the clogged area numerous times and flushing copious amounts of water) prior to packing up his equipment. I was also impressed with how thoroughly he cleaned up any mess that was caused while opening the drain, which by the way he accomplished in the time he had estimated. It is refreshing to deal with a company that provides quality professional service and has a staff that is courteous to their customers. A very professional take care my problem

Last Friday evening I had a plumbing issue with the shower at my rental property. At 7pm I reached out to your business and was assisted by two STELLAR employees ... Debbie and Trace. Debbie took my information and told me I would receive a phone call from the plumber within 30 minutes and if I didn't to call her back. Within 30 minutes I received a call from Trace. He advised he was in the middle of an emergency call and would call me back when he was able to head out to my property. For the rest of the evening I received several calls from Trace advising me of his progress to getting to my property and details of what the issue was with the plumbing at the property. He was able to get it fixed so that my renters did not have to go without water over the weekend and he followed up the next week with me to put in a permanent fix. I was very please with the service I received from both of your employees!!

John came to help us out on a Sunday morning. He was on time, pleasant, and very helpful in explaining how to care for the area ongoing. We ... had a leak in the water valve on the street on our side. I would use this service again. Thanks for helping us out!

Kitchen sink was hopelessly clogged at 8:00 pm on Saturday night. Called Roto Rooter 800 number and they said a tech would be contacting me. Within 5 minutes ... the tech called. Within 30 minutes he was at the house. Another 20 and our problem was solved! Also gave us some great advice for maintaining the drains. Nothing but good things to say and would recommend to anyone!

Technician Bill Wilson did an outstanding job and represented his company well. He saved me money, was personable, knowledgeable and was in an out in about an hour.

Pat Boucek was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in taking care of the clogged drain. He told me about how the food disposal would be better to be out of ... the kitchen and how bad the plumbing was installed under the sink. He told me how things work in this area, he was very helpful.

A few weeks ago I had a sever back up problem. I am so sorry I do not remember the techs name but he was wonderful! So much so when ... we needed a plumber to help install a new gas stove we again called Roto Rooter. Chase was the tech they sent and he was absolutely great! He ask if we needed anything else and as a matter of fact we did. We asked him about a losse toilet and he told us what they could do and offered to do it on the same day! Even thou he could have went straight home after the stove was installed he stayed and help us with this problem. We have used other private companies in the past and have always had reaccuring problems never again will we always use Rotor Rooter in the future!
