Josh, our technician, was great. I especially appreciated that the office kept in touch with me so that I knew when he was running behind and when he was on ... the way. He was even great with our pets! Work was completed in a timely manner and the bathroom and hallways were left clean. The only issue was at the end, when we went to apply my $50.00 coupon. I was accidentally overcharged but expect the refund of $50 to go back on my card overnight.

Fred took care of a slow drain on the floor of my basement. I had another company out before him and they told me I needed to replace the entire ... drain and trap on the floor. Fred said he would see what he could do and the next thing I know he had fixed it. Plus he took care of the slow drain in the laundry sink. Fast and courteous. Great job!

Tech Jeff S #2205 did a thorough job of cleaning out my bathtub drain. He explained how to use Pipe Shield which was given to me and purchased by me ... unknowingly by the Roto Rooter tech at my previous service call.

Adam was easy to talk with, troubleshot the issue, explained the situation so I understood, and took care of everything a timely manner. I was a bit anxious as ... I have an older home with very old pipes, and he assured me all would be fine.

I have always had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. This time I needed the filters changed on my Osmosis system. Monty came on time and did the work ... fast and efficiently.
