I was washing dishes when my kitchen sink drain backed up on a Friday night! Oh the horror! My son tried Drano, and we bough a snake and ... tried that too. Nothing worked so I called Roto-Rooter on a Saturday and they sent a tech named Matt. He arrived when they said he would. Matt is very personable, friendly and has a great attitude. He continued trying to get the drain cleared. It was a nasty clog and I expected him to give up but he did not give up and finally pushed through the clog. I would recommend Matt and Roto-Rooter to anyone for their plumbing needs. Next time I won't waste my money on Drano and snakes, I will call Roto-Rooter!

We woke early one morning to find our toilets and shower backed up. I immediately called Roto Rooter and in a little over an hour, Mike V., the service technician ... from Roto Rooter, was at my door ready to deal with the problem. He immediately located the issue that was causing the backup- roots from landscaping bushes had entered our cleanout drainage pipe through a crack in the pipe causing the backup. He eliminated the backup and then proceeded to search for any further blockage from our house to the cleanout drain and the drain to the county line by the road with a camera on the end of a snake line. Satisfied that he had isolated the blockage, Mike replaced the damaged pipe in a timely fashion by digging several feet into the ground, removed the old pipe and replaced it with a new one (even though it was 90+ degrees outside). . .what once was an emergency earlier in the morning was resolved quickly by Mike V. and Roto Rooter!! Mike was a true gentleman throughout the project and I will share the positive experience that we had with Mike V. and Roto Rooter with others!!

We experienced a back up of our toilets and shower early one morning. I called Roto Rooter immediately and in a little over an hour, Mike V., the service technician, ... was at our home. Within minutes, he identified the problem that roots had entered a crack in the clean-out drainage pipe outside the house, causing the back up. Mike skillfully checked for any other possible blockages by using the camera on the end of the snake line and followed our drainage line out to the county line by the street and he also checked for further blockage from the clean-out drain back towards the house. Satisfied that the blockage had been isolated to one area, he began to dig several feet into the ground in order to replace the faulty pipe, all in 90+ degree temperature. And, Mike was a true gentleman throughout the entire process! What once was a major emergency a few hours earlier had been quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction by Mike V. Thanks to Mike and Roto Rooter for a job well-done and I will share my positive experiences that I experienced with Mike and Roto Rooter with others in our community.

When we noticed water running out of the garage we knew we had a problem. We called another company and were told that the first service date available was in ... the middle of June. Unexceptable! Roto-Rooter of Palmetto had a service rep return the call within 15 min. (almost unheard of these days) and a technician (Dave Hansbury) was out to assess the problem within 3 hours. Yup, we needed a new hot water heater. We were fortunate to be home when the leak started and stave off any further water damage. The next morning as promised Dave showed up with the new water heater and the install was completed within 2+ hrs. Mr. David Hansbury was the tech that came to my home for my call. Not only was he one of the hardest workers that has serviced this address ... but his customer service is second to none. I have had multiple issues with plumbing in other properties and no other tech has explained, showed and laid out the options like Dave did for us. I can't tell you the last time I have felt so good about spending a good amount of money on one of my investments.
