They helped us call the right people to get here ASAP to fix ... the problem in the street sewerage,which in turn fixed the problem. Also who to call to get the mess cleaned up. After two trips to determine the best approach to my backyard drainage problem, Jason took the most difficult method (digging by hand due to tree roots) and did an excellent ... job of laying new drainage pipe properly joined together with the correct fittings and pitched for drainage as verified by the torrential rain we had two days later.

Technician, Mike, was very helpful. Came out out at 9 pm to fix our water pipe. He explained everything and gave tips. Super nice and very professional.

We have a a chronic problem with this drain for years. Using the equipment I have we were able to temporarily clear the drain. This has been effective ... for one or two months each time. I feel we will not have the same problem again for a while. I would to have the cleaning line run again another time or two but the technician refused to repeat what was only a procedure of a few minutes. Hopefully we problem has been eliminated.

My service tech was dispatched to restore drainage of the channels on my pool deck. I was at a loss as who to call. I will not know ... for sure whether this worked UNTIL IT RAINS. He worked VERY HARD to assure that his fix worked. I expect that it will. He assured that drainage from all pool channels drained to the outside. CHECK BACK AFTER IT RAINS.

After dealing with a smaller plumbing company that could not repair my plumbing issue I contacted Roto Rooter. Gio arrived at the scheduled appointment time on 04/18. He ... worked over 8 hours trying to resolve the issue of the clogged drains. He later discovered that the cast iron sewer line installed when this house was built in the late 1950s was broken and he patiently and thoroughly explained what my options were in getting the line repaired. His work ethic and professionalism was very impressive. On Wednesday Gio along with Jesse arrived at 9am to begin the repairs. They both worked all day staying well over 8 hours digging up the yard, laying the new sewer line and re-plumbing the drain in the kitchen and laundry area. What I thought would have been a 3 - 4 day project was completed in 1 1/2 days! Gio again explained each step of the repairs. Both Gio and Jesse worked efficiently and always cleaned up their work areas before moving onto the next step. I am very happy with the job that Gio and Jesse did! As a first time home owner I'm very appreciative of Gio's professionalism, workmanship and his patience in explaining to me each step of the project. Taking the time to ensure that I understood what was going on. Kudos to both Gio and Jesse!

Had a major plumbing issue at home. After dealing with smaller companies and not getting the issue resolved, I decided to give Rotor Rooter a try and set up ... an appointment for a plumber visit. On 04/19, Gio arrived at the scheduled appointment time. He worked over 8 hours investigating the issue of my backed up drains. It was discovered after running a video line into the main line that the cast iron pipe was collapsing. Gio patiently explained the issue and the best way to resolve it. What I had assumed would take at least 4 days to complete was done in 1 1/2 days! The drainage lines were replaced and Gio made the process as seamless as possible. Always taking the time out to explain to me what was being done. Gio & Jesse worked efficiently and ALWAYS cleaned their work area as they moved on to the next step of the project. Nick came back with Sergey the following day to access & replace an old copper pipe that was completely clogged up with grease buildup & worn out causing water to ... leak under my kitchen cabinet & into my kitchen floor. Both times he was very good, courteous, and thorough. Very good at explaining the problem and took care to clear the drain.
