Frederick T.Kieran came on time as specified and scheduled which was the first relief, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time to explain the issue and was not ... rushed. He attacked the problem from a different angle than any other plumbers (this happens about once a year, floor drain back up during wash cycles) and was forth coming with ideas and suggestions to prevent this from happening in the future. It all seemed logical and he laid out the plumbing structure in lay mans terms. Everything works great and I will try his suggestions to keep the system in better condition. This is a guy who could be an instructor for plumbers, knowledge and great customer service. If I need a plumber in the future I will request him and let everyone I know be aware of the great service I received. I would offer him a job in my field if it paid better than his.
