Good afternoon, I'm sending a commendation for the plumbing service I received today ( August 26, 2017). I had Nadine call me to confirm my emergency call out, she followed ... up with a second call to let me know that a plumber was on there way. When the plumber arrived he ( Garrett Davis) was very friendly and professional, he let me know there would be another plumber showing up as the second plumber (Kieran, I believe that was his name) was on light duties. They both were very friendly, clean, knowledgable and they both explained where the blockage was and gave me tips on how to avoid further blockages. Grandchildren flushed plastic bottle down toilet. Roto-Rooter was able to retrieve bottle without messy removal of toilet. While they were on site I had perimeter drains video inspected and flushed. ... Great job; I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a drain problem in my home here in Surrey. I contacted roto-rooter and they had someone out first thing the next morning. The technician Vincent surveyed the problem ... and with his specialized camera located a severe problem in our piping, and was able to unclog the system. Vincent was very helpful and explained to us what had to be done to fix the problem, and made all the arrangements for the work to be done. We were very pleased how he conducted himself and how he thoroughly explained to us what needed to be done. Thank you Vincent we are so happy to be able to flush again! The service agent (michael) was very professional and polite. He worked hard to fix the problem with our drain tile and when he could not correct the problem, after ... several hours of trying, he was very quick to give us options to correct the problem.

I have been using Roto-Rooter for a number of years annually to maintain the perimeter drainage around my home and have been completely satisfied with the service. Most recently Vince ... from Roto-Rooter at 20285 Stewart Crescent Maple Ridge came in Nov 2015 to do the service. Vince provided excellent service as well as information on how to improve the perimeter drainage. A follow up quote for installation an additional clean out on the house was emailed to me shortly after the visit. I was very impressed with the service and will definitely continue using this service. Marshall Borden

I would rate the technician a 5 star, the service itself was efficient and clean and Norm did a wonderful job, but I have to say that the dispatching ... process wasn't smooth. I had Norm come out twice. 1. On the original work day, dispatch got the date wrong and I had to call to clarify why the person wasn't there, eventually rebooking for another date, it was apparently human error with the booking. 2. Second time out I got a call the day of the booking to reschedule due to a second person being needed, so I scheduled for the following Monday, with the promise I would be the first client of the day, saying that the technician normally starts at 7am so an 8am start is perfectly reasonable. 3. On the rescheduled Monday, our technician shows up (alone) at 9:15am, stating that they had booked him for another job prior. When I questioned him about the reschedule due to needing a second person, he was shocked as he told me that he never requested a second person. So really why was the job rescheduled?..Considering the issues with booking (and having to take my own time off work to meet the tech), I was less than impressed with the dispatching. Norm did a good job... however, I am less than 100% satisfied.

Called Rotorooter for a clogged kitchen sink on April 19th. Shawn Slobodian was the technican who came and took care of the problem. He was polite and efficient. I ... appreciate that he also gives me tips on how to take care of the drains.
