Our technician James Howl arrived and quickly found the source of the problem but advised it ... was a bigger job and would require digging up a portion of the drain to unblock. The matter was urgent given we were having 45 people over for 65th birthday party the next day. James was quick to see the problem and promised to get the work done before the event. Late Friday night he was working in the rain to get the job done. We were able to proceed with our party without having to send a bunch of seniors to the porta potty on Saturday! The service was going well beyond the expected. Thanks James!
