I truthfully give them a five, if that is the highest, on everything. I had two to three inches of water in my bathroom and it was pouring into ... my bedroom. we are very happy with the service, we had tried to get two other plumbing companies earlier in the day but they did not respond, the service tech responded with ... in the first 15 minutes of us contacting the answering service. And then the tech kept us notified about his arrival and when he was doing the service we discussed everything that it possibly could be and he cleared out line in the yard.

Andrew was very knowledgeable and friendly. He replaced our kitchen faucet. He was on time and found the problem right away. Will definitely use roto-rooter in the future.

I was extremely impressed with the service that I received. I woke up Sunday morning to my driveway overflowing with standing water. (It was covering 2-3 ft of grass on ... each side) I called a few places and my initial contact (ON SUNDAY!!) was with the operator/dispatcher, who was courteous and seemed to really care. I was told that a technician would call. He did... and the communication of arrival time was continuous. When he arrived he had such a wonderful disposition (on SUNDAY) and didn't give up until my driveway drain had a little cyclone and was draining. I was truly impressed with his dedication to remedy my problem! It was crazy hot and sunny, he worked so hard, but insisted it was his job to solve. What an array of wonderful employees. I have never had such wonderful service!! Thank you all!!!!

Plumber was at the house within 45 minutes from calling them, on a Friday night. Gave an estimate which was reasonable and the problem was resolved. Excellent!

I am a realtor who is listing a foreclosed property. The property was getting little to no water pressure, and it is on a well. The well company stated it ... was a plumbing issue. I called Roto Rooter and within 2 hours a tech was sent. His name is Anthony Guidry. Anthony was very professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond what he had to do to be sure the problem was taken care of at this property. I was very stressed about this property and know little about wells or plumbing, but Anthony listened to me and did all he could to assist with the issues and answered every dumb question I had.

Anthony did an incredible job fixing our upstairs toilet. He was thorough, explained the issues in detail, and was extremely friendly. I would refer him to anyone in ... need of a skilled plumber and is the reason I would use Roto-Rooter again.
