Call in a problem at 9 PM and was told a plumber would be there at 10 PM. Nick Dominguez was on time and very professional. He worker for ... over two hours in the dark clearing the sewer pipe out to the city main only to find out that the problem was on the city side. We really appreciated his efforts and attitude. We have used Roto-Rooter before and will continue to use them in the future.

Had a blocked vent that I tried to open up myself tried going thru attic took toilet off in upstairs master bedroom to run a snake thru it couldn’t get ... anything to work so I called in roto rooter. Receptionist on phone was nice and told me she would have one of the guys call as soon as they were done on a job and as promised Justin called showed up as promised . Justin was very courteous and professional analyzed the situation explained to me what could be done. He ran the snake down the master bedroom toilet drain since I had already removed toilet after rubbing 75 ft of cable it cleare the blockage and that took care of the problem. I would recommend roto rooter to everyone I know

Had another plumbing company come out to unclog a laundry clog, they came out and ran the snake and after 2 hours said all was unclogged. On the next load ... of laundry the water cont to spillover. They said they did not guarantee that work. WHAT?? Called roto-rooter and they came out the same day. Russell the tech that came out was very professional and let me watch as he ran the camera and showed me the clog. After running the snake, he again ran the camera and noticed still some clog, reran the snake & camera until clog was cleared. I want to thank roto-rooter and Russell for reestablishing my trust in plumbers.

I called with a leak problem. The Technician was delayed getting out to the house on Tuesday so I rescheduled for Wednesday. Again there was a delay. This upset me ... slightly but the dispatch worked with the Technicians and got someone out within the time frame asked. I commend this customer service. I had an issue but it was corrected quickly and politely. The Technician, Garrett Garafola, found the leak within minutes and corrected it within an hour. He was polite and did his work very well. I have nothing but praise for this young man. I will definitely use the service again and recommend Roto-Rooter to those I know.
