I was very impressed with the professionalism of the service technician who came to our home. I was in panic mode that our sink would not drain and in less ... than 24 hours I was having an open house. I was at a total stand still without the use of my sink. The service technician who came to our house was so calm and it really helped put me at ease about the situation. I didn't realize the severity of the job until he was leaving. I would highly recommend this company to my friends and family.

We experienced a sewer back-up issue and called Roto-Rooter to take a look. So glad we did! Tree roots had grown into the drain pipes again and completely ... shut off the flow of the waste water. We were surprised at this, as we had the lines cleared previously by Levine & Sons. Columbus came out and spent 2 days cutting those roots out of the line with an ever more powerful water jet cutter. Columbus did a great job and is a valuable asset to your company. Have already recommended Roto-Rooter service to my neighbor, who is experiencing the same issue. I was very impressed with the gentleman who came to my house and "diagnosed" the need for a new sump pump. I had a very tight schedule the next morning, ... but arrangements were made to have someone here by 8:00 am and the installation of the sump pump was completed before 9:00 am which allowed me to get to my meeting on time. The phone service was top rate and all of my interactions with Roto-Rooter were very professional.
