The ${esc.dollar}400.00 I was charged for about 30 minutes was some what high. I have had plumbers at my home for 3 or 4 hours and got charged half of ... that. I'm not knocking the gentleman that was here.. He did his job very well and was very helpful but I feel the next time I need a plumber I will shop around.

Ned Nedev is terrific - sraight-forward, honest and gave me advice he himself would take. I had another plumber prior to Ned and I felt like I was being ... railroaded into services at insane prices. Ned fixed 'the other guy's' poor work and went the extra mile in clean up, explaining to me every step of the way what they were doing, what my options were and what he would recommend. The gentleman who worked with him on day two was also great - took care in cleaning up as they went and explained everything very clearly. Great team and I am very grateful for what I felt was true honesty.

Older house everything goes out at same time. Everything was completed the could be done before restoration crews started to work. Servicemen were polite, adequately prepared, cleaned up and removed ... equipment in a timely manner. I personally would recommend this company to anyone with an emergency situation they are one skilled to do. Safety is utmost in the situation I encountered.

Late day service call; was between 7:45-9:45 Two service trucks arrive and completed task, Addition people has to be called to report a claim for USAA home owners insurance. ... Others were needed to rate the damage and remove baseboards flooring, and everything that came I contact with sewage contamination back up. Each service person made it clear what had to be done. Well it was a disaster, I just bought the house a couple months back and I was devastated when I saw the mess in my downstairs, I made the call ... and Brian came out and got that line cleared and showed me what the problem was,I still couldn't use my basement because of the raw sewage that was all over the floor. We are still working on it but I'm glad I called a reputable company
