He was very professional and was able to fix the block in our drains. I was to make sure you are aware the Technicians Name is Eric O'Brian and believe came out of the Abita Springs, LA office. You should commend Eric for his great work. He represents your company well and was helpful answering my questions as well as recommending future service on our septic tank that should be pumped out since it has not been done in at least 3 years. I believe management should make sure Eric knows his work was appreciated. I run a business and it is hard to get good help sometime. So you should be aware Eric is not just doing his job but Representing your company in a professional and Courteous manner and you are fortunate to have him with your group.
