- Gray water, or clean water gone stale (category two): washing machine discharge, dishwasher overflow, or clean water that has spent a day or more inside building materials. Extraction is only the start, and the porous materials it soaked usually come out.
- Contaminated water (category three): sewage backups and flood water that entered the building from outside. Protective equipment, removal of saturated porous materials and full sanitizing before any drying begins.
Drying Without a Dry Season
