Larry was awesome. On a Sunday he fixed the clogged main even though it was stubborn. He didn't give up and he was smiling and keeping things light through the ... whole process. He set up the restoration people to give us a bid and set up the camera people to show us if there is any problem we will need to address. He also gave us a bottle of cleaner to put down the drains for maintenance of our pipes. I would definitely use Roto-Rooter again.
