I called and servicemen were immediately sent out to give an estimate. We decided to have the work done and they went to get my new sink and faucet ... from their supplier. They returned and removed the old sink and faucet and installed new ones and unclogged the drain all in about 3 hours. The work was done well and the area was left clean. I was very impressed.

The service was great. Just noticed that the commode is not level and is rocking. Would be nice to have it level. Thanks.

Calling a plumber in an urgent situation can be hit or miss. I don’t know if all the people working for you are this conscientious but that day ... it was Dylan who was sent to fix things. Dylan quickly took care of the running water coming from the broken pipe. He discussed my issues and told me how he was going to repair the pipe. He saved the pieces I would need for insurance purposes. It was great to have the problem resolved so quickly.
