Justin Camacho was the plumber who fulfilled my work order. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and then some. Had no problem stopping what he was ... doing to explain the process of what he is doing. Gave me some great advice on things I could possibly get done in the future. Overall 5 star service will be using again with any plumbing issues.

Richard Layton, Field Supervisor came to my house this past Sunday and fixed my drain back up problem. I had a previous plumber here from my home warranty company who ... couldn't and didn't fix my problem. But Richard did. He went above and beyond the call of duty. He used 2 snakes, then his vacuum cleaner and pulled out some lent and kids pokemon dominos - 2 at 1st. Not satisfied with the sound of the water going down, he used his snake again and vacuum cleaner again and pulled out another domino. Even though I had to pay much higher for the problem to be fixed, I don't mind since it was fixed and he made sure that it was fixed. Some people would have quit once the water started to go down the 1st time. I was so happy with his work and professionalism that I even gave him a very generous tip, which at 1st he turned down but I guess you can say that I compelled him to. Thanks again Richard and Roto Rooter for having this type of professional.

Being that my issue occurred over the weekend, the technician ... that arrived to repair my water line was greatly informative. We had a water line break at the same area and we had a friend refer us to another private plumber, the technician stated that the issue was fixed but only with a “band-aid” type repair. He stated it should have been done better. The technician then stated what I needed and when parts were available, he can and successfully and efficiently repaired the broken line with the PROPER materials. I have no worries that this will not break or crack in the long future. Thanks Roto-rooter!

Had a broken hot water feed line to the washing machine behind the drywall. Kenneth the technician was on site within 2 hours and quickly fixed the problem.
