We had a leak under the sink that we couldn't fix. The technician, Justin 3516, was pleasant and replaced the old disposer. He identified another leak and fixed ... that as well. Excellent job.

I called Roto Rooter because my kitchen sink drain was clogged I said that I would like to have someone out as soon as possible. Within 30 minutes I ... received a call that some was on their way. The man that came out looked over the situation with the kitchen drain and within 30 to 40 minutes he had the drain unclogged. He did not have any problems. I would recomend Rotor Rooter to anyone. This is not the first time that I used Roto Rooter to come to my house for a drain problem and this will not be the last.

We submitted an on-line Roto-Rooter ... appointment request and a plumber arrived within 30 minutes (to our great relief). Chris L. (tech #0368) completed the replacement of the damaged check valve. He performed the work in a professional and personable way. He made an unpleasant incident pleasant. I called Roto-Rooter to unclog a bathroom sink. Within 30 minutes I received a follow-up call and within an hour Mark, the technician, arrived. After attempting to unclog ... the sink I was told that he may not be able to get through the pipe because of possible rust build-up. Because of the age of the pipes I could be facing a serious plumbing job. Instead of giving up; Mark called for advice, came back in and worked for at least another hour until he was able to force through, unclog and clean the pipes. This was customer service at it's best.

Our service man,Dwayne 3453 was very,very good. He knew exactly what to do, He double checked his work to make sure there was no other problems, He very clearly explained ... how we would be charged and answered all our questions in understandable language. He also did a very complete cleanup before he left. As I said above, he was very good.

The service received yesterday was prompt, courteous, and efficient. Keith Satomi, the technician, was fastidious in his work, and completed his work with speed and professionalism. I had another plumber to put in pvc pipes in my basement. He did good, but it took him 6 months. On the last approximately foot of ... the galvanized pipe he connected the plastic pvc pipe to the galvanized pipe, He left before he checked to see if the pipe would hold. When I turned on the water after an hour like he said it shot water everywhere. I called him and he said that he would be back in about 3 hours. After 3 hours he did not come back. He did not call and I tried to get him by phone for 4 days. He did not answer the phone. So on the 4th day I called Rotorooter. Allan Schellenger number 1512 came out. He came and looked at the problem My problem was the galvanized pipes that were there had huge mineral deposits in them and were clogged up. The one plumber had replaced the pipes but had taken 6 months to do it. Allan came in and saw the problem spot where the other plumber had connected galvanized pipe to plastic pipe. The old galvanized coupling must have had a crack in it as it was leaking from that crack. I was shocked when Mr. Allan Schellenger connected the pipes in only about 10 minutes. He finished what the other plumber had not done. It was fast and it is still holding. I give roto rooter all the stars available, as this man did the correct thing so that I could have running water again. He also told me that he could have done the job in 4 hours and not 4 to 6 months. I will use rotorooter again, They did the job. # 1512.
