I had 2 Roto-Rooter experts deal with my issues today. One was Raymond. This was his 3rd (!) visit to my house in the past months or various issues. I ... ONLY want Raymond to fix my plumbing issues. Tom came later with the camera equipment to see where there were problems in the outside drain. Both men are incredible: honest, direct, efficient, and know what they are doing.

My technician, Calvin, I think his name was, was extremely professional and kind. Did a good job too.

I called Monday morning pretty stressed about my toilets (3) not working. Company coming from NY tomorrow ?. I was assured someone would be to my house within ... an hour, hour & half and that they would definitely have me up and running before the day was out. Sure enough Jay was here in no time. He knew in no time it was not a vent problem, but the main blocked ?. He was able to snake it and let me know what the problem was. He was so nice. It was a pleasure having him here. He is a great asset to the company. I would definitely recommend Rotor Rooter to anyone with a problem that wants it done right and in great time. Eddy was very professional and very proficient. I needed a toilet fixed, 2 sink faucets installed and an old shower head removed (2 previous plumbers/handymen could not do it) and ... a new one put on. He did a great job on all of it!

My serice person was Dave Webber. He is very corteous, and knowledgable, with a great sense of humor. I have used this company on another occassion. Once ... again the service I received was great. I need other work to be one in my home, and roto rooter will be completing it. I will also request Mr. Webber to complete it. His skill, and interllect, about the business is excellent, and that is the type of person who I would feel satisfactory in completing, the needed repairs so that I will not continue to have persistant reoccurences.

Recovering from a broken back/spinal cord injury, I suddenly was faced with the task of replacing an old hot water tank - on a Friday afternoon leading into a long ... holiday weekend. I noticed the Roto-Rooter Yellow Pages ad, and placed a call for service. I am happy to say EVERYONE was cordial, helpful, and attentive to my problem and Service Technician Robert Tooks {#3175} arrived at 4:30 P.M. and by 8:00 P.M. the entire job was finished! The old tank removed and a brand new tank installed! Robert, the Technician could not have been friendlier, more professional or more efficient!
