My hubby and I purchased our retirement home in a 55+ community. We were downsizing since he is disabled and cannot do alot of things he use to do. Upon ... moving into our new home, we heard alot of gergerling in the pipes in our house. Later that night, I was outside of our home with the dog, and saw water running in our yard. I called the hubby who came out with a flash light and saw the grey water draining into our yard. The next day we called Roto-Rooter. A young man came out who went to work quickly and found we had tree roots in our main drain. He gave us a quote, which I accepted, and he went to work. I thought it would take a few days, but he worked in the Florida August heat for about four hours to fix our problem. I kept him supplied with cool drinks and a shady spot to rest. When the problem was fixed, he cleaned up the area and restored the ground in such a mannor one would never know anything was dug up. I really liked that he gave us a look at his finished work before he covered it in. Thank you, Tech number 77. Your work was MUCH appreciated!
