The service took a very short period of time to complete, the plumber was very friendly and helpful and I was back to using my kitchen in no time. Further ... it was a reasonable service fee.

We had an emergency situation with a broken water shutoff valve on a Sunday. Called two other plumbers by Google search. None would provide service until Monday afternoon. Called Roto-Rooter ... and plumber Jason was at my house in 15 minutes! The immediate crisis was taken care of with a temporary fix and a complete fix the next day! Now that is great service! Jason Meyer was back on time the next day and finished the job with perfection. I was impressed and a happy customer. Next time I will call Roto-Rooter first!

Our technician, Justin, was very diligent unclogging our bathroom sinks! He had to use several different tools and then explained why it took him so long. He left ... the area very clean when he was finished. He did recommend using an additive once a month to help dissolve any residue in the drain. Could you send me the name of that additive, so I purchase the correct item? Thank you, Judy Black

The tech gave me good info about our situation.

I thought my stopped up sink was going to be a simple problem but the technician had to cut a pipe and put in a coupler to fix the problem. ... He cleaned up all of the mess and was very pleasant about the problem being bigger than what I originally thought.

We experienced sump pump stopping yesterday July 8,2015. We had heavy rains and it was much needed. Roto -Rooter installed a new sump pump for us Memorial Day ... weekend. We called and they sent someone within 2 hours. Bless you all. It was a simple issue with a rock lodged preventing the pump to work. Thank you so much.
