Fortunately for ... me Tracy was able to determine that the issue was neither a leak nor a drain. The issue stemmed from a faulty prv valve. He was able to save me thousands of dollars !! I'd like to compliment Tracy for his professionalism. Tracy showed up at the scheduled time(which is big deal for me) and educated me during the process of resolving my water issue. Tracy provided excellent customer service.
The guy was very friendly and helpful. The main problem is not solved yet, but we are able to flush toilets and shower. Still unable to use kitchen sink, ... washer, and dishwasher. Camera guy is coming tomorrow.
