First of all Roto-Rooter actually answers the phone and gives you call backs! Mike came out to our house and had a very pleasant attitude. He was happy to explain ... everything to me. He had a very challenging experience here at my home yet was able to keep his composure and complete the job for us so that we had a functioning kitchen sink! Would recommend this company and especially Mike, the technician, to anyone who has a drainage problem!

On Christmas morning, we woke up to backed up toilets and a flooded laundry room. Thank goodness for theii 24 hr service. The problem was fix and the ... technician was friendly and professional.

the crew looks like my boss while working in my home. It looks like that i owed him money. Really discomfortable experience. This is the second time having your ... service. Bad experience, period. The first time felt so good. Your crew's attitude is not recommended. When I said his spoken was not easy to follow and asked him to repeat. He told me my spoken language was not good for him too. His face told me he did not want to work with me.

The 2 techs that came did a great job in fixing the problem. Kaylee (tech#76-don't know her last name) came the first day and did her best to snake ... it, but that couldn't reach the clog. The pipe needed to be cut in the basement. The next day Peter Bazim(tech#243) came and cut the pipe and cleaned out the clog. Problem taken care of. Both techs were very helpful and courteous. I would definitely not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter again.

Terry was great, he used all of his resources to remove clog in my drain. He also contacted fellow employees to provide info on my water softener system as ... they had more knowledge. I learned quite a bit and would recommend their service in the future.
