Second time I had them come and they did a wonderful job both times.

The services were great!!! Randal was very polite & knowledgeable. Trying to set up an appointment was not so good. The day I scheduled someone to ... come out, they gave me a 4:00 appt. I had to race home from work to be there, but no one showed up. Someone called @ about 5:00 to say they were running late & would be there in about an hour. At 9:30 that night, I call the dispatch # & said it's too late & rescheduled for the next night @ 6:00. Randal showed up @ 9:00 (he called about 8:00 & said he was would be here in about an hour). He was very apologetic & did a great job in a short time. Not sure who's fault??

My husband and I had a back up in our bathroom late last night (09/15/17). Our shower and toilet overflowed, leaving water and sediment all over the bathroom and into ... the hallway. We called roto-rooter, and were pleased to hear they could get someone out to us within a hour so late at night. Both men who responded were very nice and professional. The guy who stayed behind to snake the drain was courteous and efficient. We hope we don't have problems in the future, but will call this company again if we do

Called Roto Rooter Saturday, 12 Sep 15, and the Rep (Ira Browning(?) was here within a bit over an hour. Faster than expected. He worked some two hours or so ... to unplug a drain clogged by a waste disposal in the kitchen sink. Seemed knowledgeable and he was personable and helpful. Good Rep for your company.

Our serviceman Austin (Love I believe - 95) was exceptional. Very polite. Great manners. Explained everything thoroughly. One of the best I've had for anything. If I owned a business ... I would try to steal him to work for me.

The plumber, George, was excellent in communicating how he was going to repair the pipe leak. We spoke only by telephone and he was professional and explained thoroughly the situation ... and how the problem could be resolved.

2 workers came to unclog overflow pipe on pond. They finished the job in an hour. They had the right equipment and wasted no time. Very happy ... with the results.
