Okay I have found the best plumber in Mooresville! My Mom had a tree root growing thru her pipe and water was backing up in her master shower UGH. So ... I call Roto-Rooter in Mooresville, Dan Pinkerton and Kierian they came right out told us what the problem was, clear the pipe, then came back out later and we found out the pipe repair was right under her retaining wall UGH again.They worked for more than 4 hours to get it fixed the right way not a patch job. I have known a lot of sub contractors but this is the best and most professional people I have worked with! I will call on them every time I have a plumbing problem

Previous comment was not intended as complaint. Merely documentary. Thomas did a great job. Never had to deal with sewer before so I wasn't sure what to ... expect. Merely documenting in case insurance needs anything.

Roto Rooter sent Joe out as technician to find a leak i was unable to find. It ended up being my hot water heater under my kitchen counter. It had ... been leaking for some time but because it was a slow leak it was not anything i could trace. He was prompt and got directly to finding out what the problem was. He explained in terms that i could understand why my water heater had been leaking and what would need to be done to replace it. Before going ant further he explained what the charges would be and if all went well how long it would take to make the repairs. I told him to go ahead with the job. He ended up putting a slightly larger one in than i had and when he completed it my counter top did not fit exactly right and he took the time at no extra charge to fix it even though it was my problem because i had opted for a bigger water heater.

We have a well system, and our pump stopped working. This was an after-hours call. The service person arrived and spent 2 hrs trying to get our water back on ... but was unsuccessful. Very polite.
