Very professional Technican

The technician arrived on time and quickly assessed what was needed to stop the water leak. The repair was made and work was completed in one hour. Another ... plumber had told me that the area the leak was in would need to be excavated which was incorrect. He recommended another plumber which could not be on site for three days which was no help at all since we had no running water. Next time I won't bother with them I will just call Roto-Rooter.

The service man was at my door within 15 minutes of my calling Roto-Rooter. He said he was in the neighborhood when he got the call, and came right ... over. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend him and Roto-Rooter.

Today I had a visit from Rotor-Rooter Plumber George Hinojosa for an estimate on a plumbing problem with my toilet. I was researching several companies trying to find something within ... my budget. George was very informative and told me exactly what was needed. However his bid was much higher than some others I had already called. I let him know what those were and he said that he could offer a ${esc.dollar}40 discount. That was still too high a bid. I was expecting another company to come give an estimate. So I thanked George and let him know that I would ask for him if I decided to go with his company. He called me back 20 min later with an awesome new bid that beat the other guys. So I said OK! He was back right away. Finished up in less than 2 hours and had everything I wanted done- working perfectly and within my budget! Thanks to George I now have all my issues resolved and am extremely happy with the work done. I would definitely call and ask for him again whenever a plumbing issue occurs. You Rock George!!! We thought we had a leak under our house because there was a big puddle on the side of our house. We called Roto-Rooter. The person who took the service ... call was very polite and professional and said they would send someone out right away. They arrived within 30 minutes. George (tech 1191) and Jaime were very polite and professional and got to investigating the problem right away. With in a few minutes they were able to determine that it was not our leak at all but our neighbors. They did not charge us for the call which was on a holiday and told us to notify SAWS about the leak. We were very pleased with the service we received.

Roto-Rooter is the best! This was my first time using Roto-Rooter at 9:00 p.m. at night when my water heater expansion tank had two pin holes in it and was ... spraying out water all over my garage. We tried everything to stop the water from spraying but it continued until we shut off the main water supply for the entire house. Roto-Rooter sent out a very professional technician (Jeff) to save the day, but in this case to save the night! I called my warranty company prior to calling Roto-Rooter and they could not find a plumbing service to come out at 9 p.m. at night especially on a holiday weekend but thanks to Roto-Rooter 24 hour services. Thanks to Jeff, he was very professional! He disconnected the expansion tank to stop it from spraying water all over the garage and to allow the main water system to be turned on until he returned to our home the next day to replace the tank with a new one. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter for their professionalism and services! Letha

When we got our sinks clogged again, we reviewed our records and called Roto-Rooter, hoping we could request a specific technician: Jose Quirino, #672. It was late night, ... though, and we got a gentleman who worked for several hours but the hose (?) was too short so he said he'd send someone else in the morning. And to our happiness, we got Jose back! He explained what he was doing and why, and gave me tips on prevention. We think he is awesome. Great service, worth the money. Thank you!!
