Called for routine root clean out of sewer line. Fred was great, determined tech. 3 times sent the cutter down the pipe to get as many roots as possible. ... Called Jeff the camera guy. The camera showed me that I could not deny that pipes needed restoration. Jeff and the camera sold me on the "cure-in-pipe" liner process. But Matt--the excavator / cure-in-pipe specialist was the best! Hard working perfectionist! Kept me informed every step of the way and worked diligently at challenging job in limited basement space to get the job taken care of in a professional and personable manner. Matt and his associate (whose name I did not catch) made the experience so much easier to take. Thank you!! I have been loyal to Roto Rooter ever since Thanksgiving Day 2004, when my sewer backed up after another local agency failed to ream out the roots completely. Of course they were not available on Thanksgiving Day to help me with my emergency but RR was and did not charge me extra! When I call the customer service was fantastic so friendly they ask some questions and the lady on the phone was telling me that they will be here in one ... hour So the Roto-Rooter Technician #2588 was so helpful with experience and did a fantastic job! After having a floating basement and cleaning the main sewer line and removing tree roots Finally show me how clean was with the camera ! I was so happy they do a good job!? Please if anybody need help or have a problems more than 2 Times with the sewer line because you have trees around your house and the roots causes a disaster in your sewer line call (763)323 2969 in Minneapolis I'm so happy with their service that's why I recommend this company and I give 5 stars
