Melvin arrived punctually, acted professionally, explained ... the flat rate schedule and went about solving our problem, a clogged toilet. He was personable and knowledgeable. I was glad to have him help us out. I told him that I would give Roto-Rooter a five star review on Yelp. He looked at me and said he forgot to put his Yelp cards in his vehicle, but I told him I would review his work with five stars no matter what and mention his name in the review. If anything, I feel bad I did not look for your coupons before paying my bill, but no matter what, I was glad you came and solved our issue. Thanks Roto-Rooter, you helped us out. No complaints about service or employee. Mike did the best he could considering the problem was a stopped up drain which his electric snake could not unstop. However, the $225,00 ... bill seems a little high for the time spent on the job (about an hour). On the plus side I now know where the stoppage is located on the property and know what I have to do to fix it.
