Ryan was early and super patient while we had to take our deck apart to get to the septic tank. Then, just like he suspected the problem was right there, ... he took care of it and was off. Super appreciated his professionalism!

I called in with an emergency situation and the person I spoke to was very helpful and worked me into the schedule so the plumber was at my house in ... less than an half an hour. I really appreciate how helpful and knowledgeable everyone was.

The service technician was very professional and did worked as fast as he could. Also he took every precaution to be as clean as possible. As someone who as worked ... int he construction industry this is something I understand is not easy but an extra step to go above and beyond on service. I really appreciate the timeliness and good work that was done by roto rooter.

Had a backup situation....they came at the time they quoted me and was quick to assess the situation and start work. We were told what the situation was and he ... resolved it to the best of his ability...there is still more work to do, but that would have to be brought to the attention to the other company that caused the damage (per my request). We will be calling them back to fix the situation if the other company doesn't make good on the repairs. thank you Roto-Rooter for getting our water flowing again!! Very nice and respectful service call!

Tyler was quick to snake 2 drains, he was very polite and didn’t leave a mess.

Fast service and knowledgeable staff. Tom took the time to explain what was going on with our sinks, toilet and pipes and what to do to keep the pipes ... from getting blocked. He also told me what to look for to avoid problems in the future. With six young adults in the house (4 were visiting), he was quick and efficient too.

Showed up on a Sunday. Unclogged drain line, verified flow,, cleaned area before leaving. Awesome job Tom and Anthony!
