He was courteous, friendly and professional. He gave his word that he would not leave until we figured out how to stop the water that was flooding our basement, and he lived up to his word. Jimmy, the project manager, explained everything in great detail and communicated very well, even outside of regular business hours. The workers were very polite, explained what they were doing, and ... cleaned up at the end of a very dirty job. They kept their commitments, and even better, maintained their original estimate though they went a day over. They are experts at what they do, and I now have a brand new sewer pipe to replace the old clay one that was disintegrating and causing regular back-ups. RotoRooter lifted a huge burden.

Hi, Ben was excellent. He answered all my questions and gave me some good information on my water system. I am still a little confused why we had to ... have the main pipe cleaned a second time when Roto Rooter did it less than two months ago? Also, the agent from Roto Rooter who came two months ago said we would want a "check valve" for the main pipe but the agent who came today said it would not be necessary. This was a little confusing? Our technician Foglir #745 was very efficient and helpful. He was delayed in arriving but let us know asap that he be later and gave us a new window ... which was met. I would highly recommend the service and customer interaction we received.

I will make more comments when the extensive sewer pipe work is completed. But so far, they have followed up when they said they would, stayed in constant communication, are ... very experienced, completed initial assessment of the problem. Their production manager, Jimmy Gannon, replied to an e-mail on a Sunday night, I didn't expect anything till work hours began on Monday morning! That definitely exceeded my expectations.
