Technician was prompt to show up after initial call to Roto-Rooter. He ran a camera down into a 6" storm water drain in my back yard so that I ... could trace it to see the condition of the line and where it went. He marked the path of my line across my back yard with paint in case I wanted to add another drain in the yard. I found out that a neighbor did not know that her yard had a similar drain and she was washing dirt into her drain. Hopefully the water from my yard will continue to carry mud from her line and keep my line clear. I was able to see the condition of the lines on the display as the camera was run in and out of the pipe.

Our sewer line backed up on a Sunday and we were desperate for help. Please forward my thanks to your repairman Marty K (tech number 1927) I have been in the service industry for 34yrs and he is a good example of excellent customer ... care. We had a pipe break in our ceiling above our kitchen so the stress was already there but he got to work and also informed us he could get his response team to come and asset the damage and start the recovery process. Clayton (931) came out on a Sunday, was extremely professional and almost gave me a heart attack when he told me cleaning out my main water drain would be $375.00! ... But I watched him run that pipe four times, passing a camera through after each time. He showed me everything and explained what he was doing and why. The final camera pass showed clear drains with water flowing perfectly. His professionalism, patience, and knowledge helped me to much more readily, and with zero regret, write out that check when he was done.
