The service man Tom # 121, in Topeka, did a great job, was on time, polite, would use again!

I called at 12:30 pm and they arrived at 3:15pm. I was impressed with their quick response. They told me up front what it would cost before they started. After ... cleaning out my drain they cleaned up any mess the equipment made. They were quick and professional.

I am really annoyed when I am asked to complete a survey, which I have done, and then find myself required to add some sort of statement before the survey ... can be accepted. QUIT doing that. Roto-Rooter is not the only plumbing service in town. If this field were optional, I wouldn't be upset.

Chris has been to our house 2 times in the past few years and he has done a GREAT job both times. Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend Roto-Rooter.

I was having a sewer backup issue and had a local Topeka Co come to clean the sewer line. Two weeks later I had same problem and they came out ... again. Had to call them a third time and they told me I needed to have my sewer replaced after running a camera through the line. We had the sewer replaced in 2009 and the Co that came out indicated it had failed. After three hrs working on the blockage I asked them to leave. Got up the next morning and the blockage was worse than the day before. Called Roto-Rooter and Jim came out. He was professional, courteous and his work was awesome. He cleaned the roots out of the connection to the city main and had the sewer draining in a short time. He ran a camera through the sewer and said my sewer did not need to be replaced as indicated by the other Company saving me thousands of dollars. I will continue to use Roto-Rooter for my plumbing needs.

Kevin (#113) Was courteous and professional. He made quick work of the job that would have taken us hours to accomplish. He double checked to make sure there ... were no other leaks before he left and tightened one to make sure it didn't start. We were very pleased with his work.

The technicians were on time and very friendly and efficient.

Chris was our technician. He is friendly, honest, and made sure our problem was corrected by completely addressing the issue rather than just opening the clog.

Kevin, technician number 113, was very helpful. He came out, looked over our issue, saw that there was a simple fix, and helped us fix it. He didn't try to ... upsell us, wasn't pushy and was overall just a very friendly guy.
