The service by the technician was stellar. He walked us through everything that would need to be done and by the end of the visit are garage was bone dry ... (he was called to fix a leak). Scheduling was an issue as we were scheduled to be serviced between 10:00 and 2:00 and we're actually serviced at 8:00 in the evening. Dispatch wasn't as forthcoming on this as they should have been (we kept being told in around an hour or two).

My drain was unplugged and the technician was a very good worker. He explained what my problem was and was very helpful

Online scheduling was easy to set up. I was called the day of the service by a very friendly gentleman who gave me my time slot and even thanked ... me for my business! That was refreshing considering many other independent plumbers I called acted as if I was bothering them. Brandon even called when he was stuck in traffic to let us know he may be late. He came in and fixed our leak well and was very professional. We will likely be scheduling a water heater replacement soon too after this great experience.

When I made the appointment I was told there would be no trip charge - that they would give me a free estimate for what needed to be done. ... When the technitian arrived, he said there was a trip charge, but after talking to the main office, dropped the charge. He was very through and was able to see what the problem was and get almost everything unclogged. Prices were reasonable - we were happy with the outcome.
