Yesterday afternoon Brian came to my home to investigate what I believed to be a hot water line leak under my home's concrete slab. He confirmed that it was ... a slab leak and contacted his manager, Eric, to discuss scheduling the repair. Brian then advised that he would return the next morning with Eric to make the repair. They did..... and I was extremely impressed with both employees....personable communicators, knowledgeable, superior problem solving skills, and expedient workmanship.....They were able to reroute a new hot water line to avoid jack hammering.....thus saving me considerable cleanup mess and remodeling repairs.....and I had hot water service restored in approximately 4 hours. What a relief to have my home back to normal. I have used Roto-Rooter several times for drain service, but this was my first time to use Roto-Rooter for a plumbing repair. I definitely will use Roto-Rooter for all my future plumbing repairs.

Brian (the technician) was fantastic! He was professional and courteous and explained the problem to us which he promptly repaired. We have previously called private local plumbers but from now on ... we will always call Roto-Rooter first.

The service technician was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained the issue very well, even giving me lots of helpful advice about toilets (brands, adjustments, etc...) I appreciated his expedient ... service and the tips.

He got here quick and was fast at finding the issue and taking care of it.

Kevin was a very pleasant and knowledgeable plumber. He was very honest about what he was doing on the job and he turned, what was a bad situation, into a ... simple minor inconvenience. And before he left he even gave me sime advice on how to prevent future occurrences. I was very pleased with his service.

The gal in the office was very friendly and helpful, she took my info and had a technician on site within hours, even though I called in late in the ... day. The technician was there when they said he would be, and he was very courteous and knowledgeable and worked after hours to fix my prob. Great team!
