My technician was Khiangte (#7909) He was very respectful of my home, putting on booties before he came inside and laying tarp on the floor before wheeling in his equipment. ... He quickly identified the problem and cleared it, staying while I ran the water from various sources in order to make sure there weren't any other problems. I normally don't write reviews or leave feedback, but I feel like Khiangte should be recognized by your company for being such an excellent representative of Roto-Rooter.

Had called Roto Rooter to replace a leaking faucet in the bathroom. The Roto Rooter Technician ${esc.hash}1205, Asoph, was very professional. Arrived at time scheduled and was very thorough. ... Was very pleased. This was 2nd visit to my ho for tech ${esc.hash}1205. He had previously come a month ago to repair leaking faucet in my laundry room. I specifically asked for Mr. Asoph, tech ${esc.hash}1205, when I called about faucet in bathroom. Does his work in expedient manner, thought job would take longer. Again, was very pleased.

There was the problem with main drain pipe which was clogged. Roto rooter guy (his name was Donowan) show up on time and did really good job. He was very professional and ... completed the job very fast. Thank you.

It's never fun to have clogged drains, but the entire experience with Roto-Rooter was truly exceptional. It was easy to get an appointment, they kept us informed about the ... time of arrival, and the work was performed flawlessly. We don't wish for another clogged drain, but we would definitely call them again.

We experienced a terrible problem where the water from the kitchen sink filled up the bathtub and the toilet. We had already seen one plumber who couldn't help us ... but promised someone could come the next morning and find out what was going on. We couldn't wait. Mr. Thong was very good!

I called in a panic after heavy rain and a sump pump failure at my mother’s home. I was able to get an appointment the same day which was ... great. Technician arrived, was pleasant and knowledgeable. He removed old pump, cleaned the debris and standing water in it, and installed a new sumppump. I still need to get top tank portion installed but I’m glad to have a functioning sump pump with more rain coming.

On Sunday evening, after torrential rains in the DMV, our aging water heater decided to die. Plumbers everywhere had lines backing up all over town Monday. We'd used Roto Rooter ... when we had that problem, but never plumbing needs. But Roto Rooter promised they would get someone to us that day-and they did-an hour earlier than expected. The heater could not be relit or salvaged. Within 4.5 hours, we were back in business with a brand new water heater, heavy duty copper lines, properly run chimney exhaust, and all. I could not be happier with the servicemen or the service provided. Though an additional man had to be called in, this tag team did not miss a beat, and no time was wasted. Now I know Roto Rooter does much more that clear lines, and do it well!
