We have been having a problem for over a month with a particular drain backing up and flooding the men's restroom and also our de-burring area. We tried many times ... to snake the drain ourselves, with little or no success. It is now fixed and draining properly, and we are very happy with Roro-Rooter's service!

As with our many service calls over the past 14 years...our plumber Adrian was a professional as well as courteous and helpful, His apprentice was helpful also. The roto ... rooter appointment associates need improvement...do not say a technician will be there one morning, and then that afternoon (once the appt time was missed) inform the client she will have to wait a day...not good practice...

Had Roto Rooter come out to clean my clogged yard drains. They fixed the problem and cleared out all the blockages. Great service!

My plumbing gets backed up as I have a root problem. He was here about 40 minutes and I have water running again.

We called two local plumbers to address the large water leak in our front yard. Both came, but nobody would touch the water leak. After 2 days of having no ... water, we called Roto Rooter. They came, assessed the problem, which was a water main break, got the needed supplies, and did a great job. The gentleman who came had to carefully dig up our front lawn, placed the dirt on a tarp, carefully cut the chicken wire beneath our lawn, and did a great job of putting it all back once the pipe was fixed. We are very pleased with the service!

As I had been told by Eduardo on Sunday, after a consultation, that a tech would be coming on Monday to fix my plumbing problems, I was quite disappointed that ... no one showed up. I had taken the day off to wait for service. I called twice but was only told on the 2nd call that I was, in fact, not on the schedule at all. Thankfully, Vanessa worked to rectify this and by 3:30 pm a tech had arrived at my home. The tech, Paul, was super and within 2 hours had purchased parts and made the necessary repairs, a miracle. Now both showers were working and the toilet was not leaking. Once I was on the schedule, the service was quick and efficient. I don not know what went wrong but am glad someone made the effort to set it all right. Thanks. Sharon Schneider

Adrian, our plumber, gave 5 star PLUS service. We have requested HIM for our service calls, and he has always been professional and conscientious. Scheduling the service was difficult (for the ... first time since we have been customers). I called on Mon., was given 10-2 Tues window...was called 1:45 told "running late" rescheduled for Wed 8-12, called 12:30 told running late...called 1:30 told would be there soon...arrived 2:30. Customer service was polite, however, appointment scheduling MUST be improved. As a repeat customer, I hope this matter is addressed. Adrian was 5 star plus, scheduling was 0. Thank You. Shauna

Plumber did a great job.

Your staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. But as we discussed at the the time of the service call, a camera inspection of the sewer lateral was necessary to ... assess it's condition. I was told I would be contacted within 24 hours to schedule an inspection date, and I have yet to be contacted.
