I own and live in a small condo in Pittsburg and recently discovered evidence of water intrusion in my dining room. Water was seeping up through my laminate flooring. ... There was no water source at the location of the water; this was truly a mystery leak. Thank you so much for sending your employee Rafael (Employee #6124) to track down my mystery leak! He arrived, introduced himself, asked me to tell and show him what I witnessed and heard. He methodically traced the possibilities one by one based on what I had seen and heard in my unit. Rafael found the leak in the wall behind my washing machine. This being a Condo, the washing machines in two other units is shared with me, into one common drain in the ground behind my washing machine. The connection to the drain from the three into one pipe was leaking. The water was running down inside, between the walls and seeping under my laminate flooring about 10 feet from the actual leak. Rafael fixed and thoroughly retested to insure the leak was repaired. I was very impressed that he carefully listened to what I had seen and heard and was able to track down the leak and repair it as quickly as he did. Rafael was very through, treated me respectfully, answered my questions and informed me of what he was doing in each step. You are very lucky to have such a talented and professional plumber in Rafael. He is a gem and works very hard to give your company a good reputation. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Rafael! TWO blocked toilets today. We cleared one but spent an hour trying to clear the other (wasting lots of water). Called RotoRooter. Dean Hancock (6128) responded to our frantic call. ... He knew exactly what to do. But first he made sure the one we cleared was ok. Then he tackled the other one with his "magic tool" which took about 3 seconds to clear everything!. We've used RotoRooter Concord for several decades and never been disappointed.
