The service that we received today was OUTSTANDING. The technician, Demetrios, was at our home first thing this morning. The sewer problem that we thought was going to ... be a disaster was quickly and efficiently resolved. He was extremely knowledgeable, confident and a pleasure to have at our home. This experience far exceeded our expectations.

I called two other plumbers and a handyman in the neighborhood who all couldn't see me until Tuesday and then I called Roto-Rooter who could see me today with my ... pron\blem. I wanted someone today because a hose was dripping. The nice technician was here in about an hour after I called and the time was after 5 p.m. Other plumbers in my list were closed for the day. One washing machine hose that I tried to install was in the wrong spot. Hot wasn't on the left in my case, it was on the right side. In no time at all. both washing machine hoses were put on with no leaks and now tomorrow I can wash clothes. Yay! The technician also gave me some bottles of drain cleaner to use for a year. I immediately used one in the bathroom drain that was sluggish. I will be calling Roto-Rooter from now on when I need a plumber!

The overall service as great but it took until the 6th visit to pull the toilet. I can understand the first and second time to do the easy way ... but I believe it should have been pulled prior to,the 6th visit. I am a little disappointed at that and I couldn’t saved a few hundred dollars. Thank you for what was done and it is running great now and hopefully stays. I do have the HOA checking the tree to. Thank you.

Our experience was excellent. Your representative was prompt, introduced himself in a welcoming way and made us feel confident that he could help us with our problem. Our shower drain ... had backed up. Jimmy took the time to explain about the drain and pipes and what the problems could be. He asked us questions about any other plumbing problems we might have been having to see if anything might have been related to this issue. He told us what he would attempt first and if that did not work what the next steps would be. he worked diligently to try to solve the problem on the first approach and he did! Success! He cleaned up after his work and came back with the paperwork for us to sign and pay for. He accepted the coupon we had and told us the perks of now being a customer in the system. We will recommend Roto-Rooter and especially, Jimmy.

very impressed...needed a plumber on a Saturday and after several calls to other companies,, no one was available until Monday..I called Roto-Rooter and was told that the 1st available service ... call was the next morning between 8 and 12..I went ahead and conformed but then called to cancel due to my husbands work schedule...they called back and wine t over exactly hat service I needed and then told me they could have someone out the same day...the service tech went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right...took him over 3 hours to clear the drain line...but he persisted and did not leave until it was all clear...would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anybody ...I would give them 10 stars if that option was available!!
