What excellent service!! Garrett was awesome and really took care of the situation vey quickly and kept the place nice and clean in the process. He was quick, retrieved ... a pair of diamond earrings that were accidentally flushed. Nice work. Also the lady on the phone was professional and polite. All around top notch service and professionalism.

I was not happy initially as the appointment was for September 26 2017 between 8:00 am and 9:00am but the booking was not done correctly. Got hold of the ... plumber 8:30 pm and he offered to come that evening or early the following morning. The next morning he arrived on time. He apologized for the issue.....I told him it was not him that was to blame it was the person who did not book the appointment correctly. He said he hoped I was happy with his work and I certainly am. Can not tell you how professional he was and gave me some tips that will certainly come in handy. Hope someone in the company appreciates his work ethic and perhaps mentions it to him.

Just had Mario come to our location. Found a massive tree root that had cracked and dismantled the pipe in our yard about 6ft long. Made a call for people ... to come and get it fixed right away. He was very efficient and had great customer service skills. My parents are both disabled and he was super quick and efficient. I would deffinetly use his service again in the future he changed a horrible situation into a great one in a matter of minutes!

Had Roto- rooter come in for a clogged drain. He was professional and did a great job. He cleaned everything up after he was finished and had my sink working ... as good as new ?

Tyler laRocque is awesome that's all I can say ,we had one guy come to unclog our. Drain he spent 2 hrs working on it and Did NOT unclog it ... he also broke a ring on one pipe and left the biggest mess under sink . We called root rooter and within 30 Tyler showed up not only did he unclog the drain in minutes he fixed the pluming broken ring and cleaned up the other guys mess ,all this without us even asking him to do it , I highly recommend Tyler he is a magician at his job , THANK YOU TYLER AND ROTO ROOTER!!

This was the first time I used Roto-Rooter and they were amazing! When I booked there was availability the next day. Joe who did our repairs was professional and quick! ... I will definitely use Roto-Rooter again.

We called Roto Rooter on a Saturday dinner time. A plumber was at our house in 1.5 hours. Nezin (?sp.) was wonderful. He was courteous, answered all our questions and ... offered suggestions as to how to prevent the problem from re-occurring. We will have Roto Rooter back to do this.

I cannot say enough in praise of the work done repairing the cracked foundation and drain tile problems I had, (and still have--we're not finished yet) at my house. ... Nezih Tekin, the technician in charge is incredibly skilled, creative, honest and just an all round pleasure to trust with this extensive repair. Several of the men working here in the last few months have said he is the best technician they've worked with in the lower mainland. As far as I and my family are concerned, I would not hesitate for a second to call on him again if another plumbing problem rears it's ugly head! Every Roto Rooter employee I have dealt with has been polite, talented and very knowledgeable. There is no question in my mind about the completeness of the repair. Besides Nezih, I would also like to say a big Thank You and deposit a heap of praise on Kieran O'Reilly who worked incredibly hard, obviously knew exactly what he should be doing, and never lost his cheerful grin and attitude even when working very late in appalling weather. And a heap of praise and thanks to Ilan and his crew from Transform Property Solutions, a sub-trade working with Roto Rooter. They were amazing. Every single one of them. Thank you Kevin for employing the best. I am recommending Roto Rooter to everyone I tell the story of this ordeal. Vincent O'Reilly was fantastic! Super professional and knowledgable. We were in the middle of an emergency several other companies wouldn't come out because of the bad weather. Root-Rooter responded quickly ... and efficiently. Next time I'll call them first!

Kieran was excellent. He arrived quickly and dealt with our situation with minimal disruption. He showed me where the problem was located with the camera and did an ... excellent job clearing the pipes and chopping out the roots that had grown into the pipe. He left the place clean so there was no mess to clean up. He was friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to call Roto-Rooter again. It was money well spent.

Returned from work to discover my basement suite was flooded from an old hot water tank. The technician, Anthony, came out that night to assist with the clean up and ... removal of the old tank. The following afternoon he came by to install the new tank. Great customer service and within 24 hours my nightmare was over. I will continue to use Roto-Rooter for all plumbing needs that are beyond my scope of knowledge. Thank you Anthony!

We had your technician Jas helped us with my tenants plugged shower. He was professional, polite and eased my stress through his funny humor. He took me through ... every step of the process to comfortably make you I was informed.

What can I say, not a great experience. Booking the plumber for a estimate was very easy, and quickly done over the phone. The plumber arrived and cleaned our drain lines. ... It took all of 30 minutes, after he had said they're "pretty clean already" and then charged $300.95. I could have given the work to my father who is also a plumber but he was busy for 2 weeks. I didn't think I would be charged over double what my father would charge a normal customer. No estimate was given, no time frame was given, apparently the drains were already clean, 30 minutes of work with a pressure washer and a hose, $300. Yikes.
