I recently required the services of a plumber using your place of business and had the extreme pleasure of dealing with Frances A. Not only was he courteous and professional, ... he took the time to fully explain what needed to be done. Once the work was done and completed he showed me pictures that he took of all the steps taken and repairs done .... this was fabulous !! Afterwards he asked if i had any questions and he answered them and made sure i understood everything ... this is an amazing professional gentleman that I was proud to meet and you are lucky to have in your organization . The serviceman,Jared, surpassed his expertise. We had a input of water oozing from our backyard which the drain could not accept the flow. The water level in the garage ... was such that it was about to enter through our backdoor which would have created a flood. I called Roto-Rooter, explained our dilema and was promisd a service call from one of their empoyees. Jared returned our call within 5 minutes with a promise to be at our house 20-25 minutes. In the meantime, we were scooping out the accumulated water into a pail. When Jared arived, he immediately went to work and within a short time, found the problem, rectified it and stayed on to ensure that the blockage was no more. Even though he had other calls to make, he made us feel that it was important to him that we were satisied that the problem was solved and flooding woul not recur. This was about 9:30PM. Jared displayed concern and provided excellent service. Jared also suggested that we complete a Write a Review--Get a Refund survey. I hope that this e-mail allows us an entry as this was the only site that I was able to find. Thank you for a job well done.

I have used roto rooter twice in the past 2 months and each time they have been professional, helpful and explained what the plumbing issue is the options available ... for dealing with the issue and helping me make an informed choice. Each time they have come it has been very stressful yet they are patient, polite and calm. I cannot thank you enough.

Jarrett from Roto-Rooter in Saint Catharines is an excellent plumber. He showed up earlier than expected which was very beneficial since the basement was flooding faster than the water ... being pumped out. He was very efficient in explaining and fixing the sump pump.

We are very pleased with the work Roto-Rooter did for us. When our toilet backed up on a Saturday, they came out to snake the pipe and fix the ... problem that day, even though it was the weekend. It turns out our pipe underground had collapsed so the snake was a temporary fix. They were out the following Tuesday to dig up and fix the sewer pipe in the basement, all within the quoted time frame and quoted amount. They were courteous, neat and timely. We will definately call Roto-Rooter for our plumbing needs in the future.
