I was so thankful for you to come out and do our repairs. The service was great and clean up was very appreciated.

I thought the plumbers did very well. They were courteous and professional. There was some miscommunication with the dispatcher. I was expecting them in 30 minutes, and ... they showed up in about an hour. They were very pleasant and cleared the blockage effectively and efficiently. They teamed well. I'm not sure who is responsible for maintaining the truck however, the truck they had only had one operational brake light. The upper and passenger side lights were non-functional. I didn't notice it until they drove off. I attempted to get their attention however, I wasn't successful. I'd hate to see them get pulled over.

We are in the process of selling our home and the buyers home inspection came up with some issues with our sump pump systems that needed remediation. Roto-Rooter responded ... quickly with same day evaluation and service and next day service for follow up. They were quick and concise in their evaluation and provided solid service that was completed as expected. They even provided advice for another unrelated issue for preventing water leakage in foundation from the outside. Also while providing a window for scheduled service, they are great with giving a heads up call when technician is on the way and for us, arrived at the very beginning of the window provided both days.

My storm drain was letting water in the basement. I was up all night pumping and mopping water. I called Roto-Rooter and they said they could be out the next day. I was ... very worried because more rain was in the forecast. A few minutes later they called me back and said because of my concerns about the rain they could be out the same day! The gentleman that came to my house (Joe), had the drain unplugged within minutes. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and snaked both the storm pipe and the sewage pipe. He made no mess at all and wore covers on his shoes and covered the wheels to the machine as to keep our carpet clean. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter.
