Today I had a bad problem with a non-draining floor drain, causing the extreme ponding of air conditioner condensate on the floor of our tenant's single-family residence utility room. ... I called Roto-Rooter, (Elk Grove Village, IL office), and was assigned Jason Rone (#1491) and Dan ____ (9104) to diagnose and correct the problem. Jason and Dan provided a clear, understandable alternative diagnosis. Then, they went about the business of jack-hammering to the sub-ground level drain, and found the problem. They explained the problem, and the alternative solutions. I selected the solution, and they implemented it - quickly and professionally, and, I might add, cheerfully. None of the exaggeration of seriousness which I have become accustomed to with service contractors. From arrival at the scene to correction of the problem, Jason and Dan were at the home for about 5 hours each. The services were guaranteed for labor and materials for five years. I highly recommend the Roto-Rooter employees, Jason Rone and Dan, and intend to tell my friends about their talents.

We were very pleased with work done to correct plumbing problems on house. Our appointment was Saturday, and dispatch did call us to inform tech would be at house within ... 40 minutes. He was on time very professional, courteous. He evaluated issue, and tried to rod sewer from two locations with no success, so he made appointment from plumber to come fix problem. When plumber arrived he knew what needed to be replaced, and went to work. He had drains working in three hours which was great. I would highly recommend to fix your plumbing issues. Regards, Paul
