Eric was awesome. He analyzed the problem and came up with a solution for our drains that will last a long time. He was very professional and explained ... each step in the process. He also took special care to keep his work area clean, covering the floor with tarps, and made sure we were happy with the results before he left.

I had a crack in my main basement drain pipe that was almost a foot long. The plumber came to the house and did a very nice job at replacing ... the damaged pipe. He was polite, and very careful to do a neat repair. I am happy with my experience with Roto-Rooter.

We are so impressed with ROTO-ROOTER!We had a drain problem, sent email on Sunday evening and they called & were here 1st thing Monday morning. Marcus really is knowledgable-once ... he knew that we had a bigger issue, he contacted Wayne and he brought his equipment and jetted our clean out, 200 ft. later" WHOOP WHOOP" the water dropped, & we were in business again! No more gurgling sinks, & slow to drain bath tub & toilets at our house! They were friendly, explained it all to us, efficient, cleaned up & happy! And now thanks to ROTO-ROOTER so are we!

We just recently bought an older house that hadn't been lived in for five years. we looked into another company before Roto-Rooter, they said it would take two days if ... fix. The Roto-Rooter employees where professional, they really know their job. They came with all the equipment they needed to get the job done fast and right. They explained everything before they started any work. They got the job done in two hours. They respected our property, and they left our yard looking good after they was done. Called on July 4th and had service in twenty minutes. Technician was courteous and provide an estimate of fees upfront. He made sure everything was working properly before he left. ... I loved the fact some one was available as soon as I called on a holiday and the work was done within an hour and I could get on with my day.

The Roto-Rooter employee called before coming saying they was on their way, this was great when you are waiting for any company it is great when a company values your ... business enough to call ahead. Then when the Roto-Rooter rep came he was polite, and explained everything that needed to be done, before any work was started. I had another company give us look at the issue they said it would take two days. Roto-Rooter took two hours! I had a plugged main drain, they came with everything they needed to get the job done fast and right. If I have any other problems I will go right to Roto-Rooter first. Mitchell was friendly and knew his craft very well. Before starting the job, he explained what needed to be done and pointed to various problems as he explained them ... to us. He even went beyond what we expected by tightening some fixtures that we leaking so slowly we didn't know about them.

The service guys were here on a separate complaint, they asked if there was anything else they could help with. They did, they fixed my shower and plumbing issue, they ... were kind, explained the process to me, they did an excellent job, we are satisfied with the results. I would recommend them without a second thought.

The gentlemen called prior to coming, arrived on time, we courteous, explained what was being done and handled the problem that they were called in to do.

When we found out there was a broken pipe under our basement floor we were a little upset. We have heard many horror stories about friends having this issue. Not ... so for us. The technician walked us through the process and the work started the next day. The two guys that came to my home to do the repairs were just as awesome. The work was complete quickly, and with very little mess. We will call Rotor Rooter again if we have another plumbing problem.

The service tech called to notify me before arrival and arrived on time. He reviewed the issues and suggested a smaller water heater (55 vs 80). He showed me the ... pricing guide and I agreed to go ahead. I was surprised by the pricing as I thought it was slightly high. The tech removed the old water heater and installed the new one in under three hours. The work site was cleaned up and the tech verified the water heater was heating up and not leaking before leaving.

Prompt, efficient, thorough, professional...I think I found my next business to recommend.

I just want to say how please I was with the job the rotorooter guy did for me. He install a new laundry pump for me, plus put in ... a new tub and water faceuts . They were quick with the service, here at my home to do the job in no time. I didn't know what I was going to do before I finally called rotorooter, as I call so many companies to try and fix the problem. One company said he would call me back the next day, well needless to say he never call back when he said he would. Finally call me 3 days later, well you know what I told him and where to take his business. never again would I call that company. This is the second or third time I have call the Rotorooter Company and I'd certainly say you can't go wrong with there company if you have a problem. The people are all so nice and friendly, willing to help out and fix any problems you may have. All my plumbing problems will be going to Rotorooter from now on, and I intend to tell everyone I know what a wonderful job they do !!!! Thanks again to Tim at Rotorooter for a wonderful job he did.
