I thought maybe my septic was getting ready to be full and cleaned after a few years so I called the Daytona Beach Roto-Rooter location Wednesday afternoon, and they sent ... a tech out before noon to inspect and drain the tank. The tech, Eric, was very professional and efficient and helped answer my questions. He finished cleaning the tank and filter, and was surprised we didn't have a problem, but were being pro active. I called around and was recommended to use Roto-Rooter, which I was happy and satisfied. It was so hot to be working outside today. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this type of service and will use them for future plumbing needs. Thank you Eric.

We contacted Roto-Rooter and technician, Steven, called us back within 15 minutes of our contact. He said he would be here in a short time, and he certainly was ... arriving about 15 minutes later! Upon arrival he quickly identified the cause of the blockage presenting us with solutions to our recurring problem. We opted to do a replacement of the problem PVC joint; this replacement proved to be challenging due to large adjacent root growth. Steven worked dilligently and efficiently to complete the task. Throughout the process Steven was exceedingly professional and provided the quality customer service that we've come to expect from the Roto-Rooter Company!!!

We recently moved to Florida. Experienced some plumbing issues, not sure if it was septic/drainage system. Had Roto-Rooter come out and scope the line. They found that a ... pipe was being crushed by a palm tree, restricting flow into the septic tank. They replaced the damaged pipe and all is well so far! The technician that came was very knowledgeable, respectful, and a hard worker. They came the same day we called, then finished the job the next day as soon as we had the tree removed. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter. They have been GREAT!
