I had a huge leak under the sink and behind the refrigerator so much so that the tiles under my feet were squishy. My plumber came very quickly, was efficient ... and handled everything in a timely manner. While he was there I asked him to reinstall a toilet and it all looks great! I am very happy with the service I received and will call them again if the need arises.

Had underground leak between meter and house. Called local plumbers..all too busy to come out that day. Called you folks at 2:PM..you made extra effort to send tech to assess ... problem that day. Oscar came out, discussed repair, began prep for job to be done early the next morning. He arrived on time...replaced old line (working through rain much of the day without complaint). He and his partner went the extra mile to do a good job...including final touch of replacing grass over trench so that it didn't even look as though work had been done. You are lucky to have employees like them. Thanks for the excellent service.

very professional and courteous, had a Sunday afternoon main water line issue. We shut the water line off to the house due to a constant running toilet. The main line ... valve would not reopen and had to be replaced.

I got your number from the yellow pages. The first four Roto-Roto-Rooter numbers I called, did not answer, on a Friday night. When I found a Roto-Rooter number person that ... did answer my call, he was very polite and he took all my information down, as well as he emailed me. The next morning on Saturday, I received a call that your plumber was on his way. This plumber was sent up from Miami. He was verry good, and he solved the problem, in a short amount of time. I'm glad that he did come, because he was nice and efficient. An asset to your company.
