We had an emergency situation at our home with my 93 year old mother and 85 year old aunt both in the house. A lady named Nancy took the initial ... call and treated it as an emergency call. Roger Drury was the person dispatched and he did an incredible job. He had to run a tool thru the waterline from the street to clear out roots that had grown through and caused blockages in the line. Once that was done...he stayed until the toilets, sinks and bathtubs were all checked and verified to be clear and that they functioned properly. He stuck with the job and didn't just leave at the first sign of an improvement. he did a great job and we appreciate his efforts!!!

He used shoe covers ... in the house, even though they were not necessary to me. He replaced the piping under my kitchen double sink in record time.
