Tim Calderon came out and did a fantastic job. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He finish the work in a timely manner (even though it was a pretty big ... job). He was working hard the entire time. He takes great care and pride in his work. If I ever need any plumbing work done. Tim is going to be my go to guy!! He let me see where the leak was coming from and explained it so that I could understand what he was going to do to fix the issue. I would definitely recommend him.

I was having issues with washing machine drain back up. Tim came out and spent a good part of the morning working on the issue. Come to find out, I ... needed a part of the pipe underground replaced. He did it fast and efficient, and also gave a drain clean out at the location. Tim was courteous, professional and polite. You should be proud to have such a good and hard worker. Great Service. The plumber called when he was on his way, and arrived exactly on time. He diagnosed the problem, gave us the estimate which we approved and he did ... the job. He even had to climb up on the hot roof in the 105 degree F heat index. Our washer drain now runs fantastic. Goodbye laundromats. Call these guys, the service was great.

Roto-Rooter came out within two hours after I called them. Your service technician, Marvin, was outstandingly professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He encountered a problem and called his ... office for help. Mike Shipman came out to our home within 30 minutes from Gulfport to assist. He and Marvin worked tirelessly attempting to determine where the drain was clogged. After considerable effort and patience, they determined that the problem was on the main line in front of my house maintained by the City of Biloxi. They called the city and waited for them to arrive. When the Water and Sewer Department arrived they were able to pinpoint the problem because of the exhaustive efforts of your company discovering where the problem was. I cannot extend any higher praise for Marvin and Mike who spent a great amount of time in attempting to remedy my drainage problem. I had never used Roto-Rooter before but you can be assured that you have a life-time customer. My level of satisfaction with your company could not be any higher.
