The technician easily resolved a long standing problem that we had been previously been told would call for maasive replacement of our plumbing system. Good job and very fast, neat ... and thorough.

Aaron pulled roots, replaced flange, and reset toilet. Also, stopped leak in faucet. Very timely and personable. Showed me the work he did, and started to call back of any ... issues and he'd come back out.

Very friendly knowledgeable service man, Issac, found the problem. A solution with estimated fee was provided. I choose to have the problem corrected. The necessary supplies were in his ... van and in no time everything corrected. Additionally, Issac assessed another problem but was unable to correct the problem. However, he did suggest how my brother could correct the problem with the correct tools. I would use and recommend Roto Rooter.

We had a most uncomfortable situation that affected the guest experience who visit our Community Innovation Center and contacted Roto-Rooter for assistance, Matt Conyers was the technician dispatched to handle ... the issue which involved more than a clogged drain and required several attempts before there was success with clearing the problem...Matt's approach was professional and Matt exhibited the patience necessary in dealing with our situation We appreciate the effort to get our facility back in working order so we could provide a comfortable environment in order to host our visitors As an aside, we attempted to provide a review using the rotorooter.com/sweepstakes site and found it most confusing to use – this is unfortunate as we are a non-profit organization and the possibility of receiving a monetary refund for the review would have been most appreciated…regardless, we are pleased with the service Matt provided

The Tech was courteous and showed me the problem on screen and told be what need to be done. This was an after hour call and he was there ... after midnight.

Great work. Gave outstanding service.

Matt and Garry were great. No one wants have the Roto Rooter guys come to their house. And no one REALLY wants to hear they need even more ... work done. Garry and Matt softened the blow of hearing the extent of work needed. They explained the situation, told us what needed to be done and worked with us to develop a plan.

Cleared clogged main drain. Very professional and reasonable rates
