We have been your customer for 20 plus years. We have never had a bad experience with your service people. My husband always asks them to come back ... and visit! Tim demonstrated why we should be using Scott toilet tissue instead of ultra soft and strong...it doesn't break down enough and clogs the pipes..cast iron 40 or 50 year old pipes. My daughter was visiting with her kids and dogs and we really appreciate their fixing our problem and their advice. And remembering to give us a discount..I had saved the card you sent in the mail. We had an emergency situation Friday, June 19, 2015 around 10:00 p.m. A supply line as well as the cut off valve for that line had busted under our ... bathroom sink and we were having a difficult time getting the water shut off. In addition to the flooding which was occurring, we were trying to get ready to leave on a trip the next day and we needed to wash clothes, dishes, take showers, etc. I called two other companies prior to calling yours because they too advertise emergency services and they are both small, local companies I have dealt with before. Sadly, I got the run-around from the first one and the second one never returned my call as promised. By the time I called your company, At least an hour had been wasted by this time and time was not on my side! The serviceman who called me back from your company did so within 5 minutes of my call to your answering service. He was not only very nice, but also informative and frank about what to expect as far as charges, etc. His name is Shelby Thibodeaux. After getting the information from him, I decided to get him to come the next morning as early as possible. He arrived at my house at the time he said he would and he called about 10 minutes before his arrival to let me know he was on the way. He was professional, efficient, very nice and to top it all off, the charge was a fraction of what I would have paid either of the other two companies! I am so pleased with his service. Upon inspection of the affected area, he noticed that the other supply line seemed to be about the same age as the one that busted and asked if we would like him to change that one too while he was there. Yes!! That was a huge plus and still the total charge was so much less than the other companies. I will definitely call Roto Rooter the next time I have plumbing needs and if possible, I will request Mr. Shelby Thibodeaux!!!

My experience began with a very helpful telephone representative who did a wonderful job keeping me posted on my appointment. I wasn't certain whether anyone would be able to help ... on this Saturday morning. Our toilet was backed up and overflowing. But, the nice lady was professional with a calming, "we'll get this done" tone of voice. Just after noon, Mr. Shelby Thibedaux and Mr. Matt arrived. Right from the beginning, I knew we were in good hands. They were both conversational, empathetic, were good listeners, and immediately put me and my wife at ease. We could tell they were on top of the situation. I'm on a military retirement pension which is not a lot of money. These fine gentlemen did their very best to be efficient and thorough. They helped me to no only understand the source of the troubles but also how to prevent it from happening in the future. I'm so happy that I called Roto-Rooter for this job and would without hesitation refer you and these professionals again.

I struggled to fix my toilet/shower drain for several days before giving up and calling Roto-Rooter. They showed up same day as I called to check it out, even though ... it was late, and came back the following day to fix it! Took them a very short time to fix it. My sewer line was stopped up with tree roots. Mr. Shelby got the line unstopped and showed me where the problem spots were located.

My Technician (Shelby) was very friendly, professional and knowledgable. He was able to resolve my issue from start to finish within a couple of hours. I had fought with a ... flooded bathroom for two days before calling Roto-Rooter and once I called every person I spoke with was very respectful, friendly and the lead time for a technician was within hours. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and Shelby to anyone who is in need of a professional plumber.
