Roto Rooter unhooked the old water connection from my old washing machine. The technician Conns sent out could not do that job. The Roto Rooter plumber ... was able to do that job easily, and finished installing my new washing machine. Roto Rooter saved the day and got me a new, functioning washing machine installed!

My wife and I have always enjoyed when Lloyd comes out to do our plumbing. I wish I did not have to call you as often, but I was ... having trouble finding the right gas line to connect our range to our gas valve, and it was good that Lloyd came out because the gas valve was not up to code. I appreciate Lloyd imforming us of this and then bringing it up to code and beintg able to get the proper materials to do the job. Lloyd is first class to us and we always want him to do our plumbing unless it is an emergency situation. Thanks for having Lloyd as an employee.

Everything was satisfactory

The Roto guys were very pleasant and listened to my sad story then went right to work, they did a complete and clean job.. I was surprised that it was ... also quiet.. I appreciated them for also showing me the camera observations of the root invasion and broken pipe.. I will temporarily manage the problem by keeping the line cleaner and checking the outside cleanout section periodically. I will consider a replacement some time later in the year. Thanks again for coming out right away and for the awesome "clean" results!

Joel is very kind young man. This is our second home (condo). He explained the process and gave us an estimate. He was concerned about shutting the water off to the ... building and wanted to tell all the people in the building we were turning the water off for about an hour. It didn't take that long. So far so good no leaks. Great customer service.
